Samples & Dispatch

Before dispatch, samples from each batch are knitted, dyed and inspected in-house to simulate user trials for barreness. Knitting is conducted in a 30’’ dia-machine to check for fabric appearance, knitting performance and contamination levels. Knitted fabrics are examined by experts on fabric inspection machines with through-put lighting systems. Yarns are packed in bags, cartons and pallets which have been designed to meet a variety of customer requirements. Final packages are weighed by digital auto weighing scales.
