Winding

All the winding positions at Lucky are connected with the Uster Expert to monitor yarn quality. This includes a special UV light inspection system to detect yarn imperfections. Once winded, the yarns are conditioned for a smooth performance in subsequent processes and inspected once again under UV light for shade variation.
