Raw Material

Lucky imports premium fibers from around the world. Each batch undergoes a systematic analysis of fibre parameters including length, strength, neps, maturity, short fibre percentage,  contamination, trash and yellow spots.  The data is combined and subjected to an extensive appraisal system in order to allocate the fibers to the correct product line. The raw material testing lab is also used for checking ‘in process’ fibers during the various stages of production.
