Training-Program.jpgFactory operators are recruited under an intensive training program which involves finger dexterity, colour blindness, and speed tests. Qualified workers will then undergo 45 days of paid training at the factory’s in-house training facility.

Lucky encourages all employees to develop new talents and to take an active role in planning their futures. Incentive schemes and rewards under the ‘Five S’ plan advocates continual and long term promotions within the company.
